U&A will be a development of 162 apartments located to the South of Birmingham City Centre. The scheme is split between two buildings, one of which is a historic building known as Unity House and the other will be a new construction.
The development will have a variety of communal areas including a gym, a lounge, and co-working areas.
The site is a in a central location on the edge of Birmingham’s Gay Village.
