Sleepers Cross is a proposed development of 370 apartments in High Town, Luton behind the train station. The scheme will be split across 5 buildings of up to 16 storeys.
The development will have a mixture of communal spaces including a lounge, house kitchen, gym and a multifunctional space as well as 3,244sqft of commercial space.
The site is in the neighbourhood of High Town, a 2-minute walk from the station and the city centre which stretches out from the other side of the station.
