Granary Quay will be a development of 350 apartments located on Glasgow Harbour, a river-front extension of Glasgow’s West End. The scheme will be in an L-shaped block of up to 16 storeys.
The development will have communal areas for the residents to use including a lounge and house kitchen.
Glasgow Harbour is on the north bank of the River Clyde, a short walk away from Partick station.

Granary Quay sits on the site of the former Meadowside Granary in the new Glasgow Harbour development on the banks of the River Clyde. The site sits between Meadowside Quay Walk and Glasgow Harbour Terraces. The development is a short walk away from Partick station meaning that the city centre is easily accessible via the city’s underground network.
