Dandara Living is the specialist rental division of The Dandara Group which was founded in 1988 on the Isle of Man. The group has a portfolio that spans the residential and commercial sectors, across both the for sale and rental markets.
In the 30+ years since the company began, it has developed and delivered over 13,500 homes, 1.7 million sq ft of commercial and retail space and won more than 100 industry awards.
Dandara was founded on the Isle of Man. By the end of the next year, the first development of homes built on the island was completed.
Jersey Division opened
Dandara opened the Jersey division of the business and the group became the largest property development company in the Channel Islands.
The business expanded into England when Dandara Manchester was established.
