Dandara Living is the specialist built-to-rent division of the Dandara Group. We are award-winning developers and operators of apartment buildings designed specifically for the rental market.

Our growing portfolio includes more than 7,400 homes in 10 towns and cities across the UK, and we now require a Tenancy Credit Controller to join our award-winner team at our head office in Altrincham.

About You

With relevant experience in a similar role, you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, have plenty of energy and enthusiasm, and are proficient in the use of MS Office software packages, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.

With a good understanding of the Housing Act (specifically Section 8 and Section 21(6a)) you are primary responsible for overseeing and managing aged debt. You are a team player who works well under pressure and have a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance with our business standards and relevant legal and regulatory requirements in relation to rent collection
• Effective communication with tenants and our leasing team to ensure collection issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
• Producing weekly rent reports and assisting in the preparation of monthly invoices and posting direct debit payments
• Creation and issue of Section 8 and Section 21 (6a) notices and instructing our third-party recovery providers.

You will be required to work Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm initially from our head office in Altrincham, with the view to working two days a week from home in the future.
