Dandara Living is the specialist built-to-rent division of the Dandara Group. We are award-winning developers and operators of apartment buildings designed specifically for the rental market.

Our growing portfolio includes more than 7,800 homes in 9 towns and cities across the UK, and we now require an experienced Project Director to co-ordinate, manage and monitor the construction programme of our new developments in Birmingham.

About You

With proven expertise working on major multi-storey residential developments, you have an excellent knowledge of construction buildability solutions, and have a strong focus on quality, cost awareness and driving efficient site operations throughout the construction process.

Ideally you will have a NEBOSH certificate, or good working knowledge of Health and Safety and CDM requirements, and good I.T. skills with knowledge of project management and programming software.

A proactive manager and motivational leader, you are a skilled negotiator with the ability and experience to chair and manage meetings and communicate effectively at all levels of the business.

About the Role

Delivering several high-rise residential BtR developments in Birmingham, the Project Director is responsible for the management and control of multiple projects, achieving high standards of construction quality, to agreed programmes and within a controlled cost environment, contributing to the Business’s profitability.

The role will also involve site establishment, general contract, material, labour and subcontract management, Health & Safety management, quality control and sales/handover.
