Leasing Associate

Dandara Living is the specialist built-to-rent division of the Dandara Group. We are award-winning developers and operators of apartment buildings designed specifically for the rental market.

Our growing portfolio includes more than 7,400 homes in 10 towns and cities across the UK, and we now require a Leasing Associate to join our New Business Generation team. This role will initially be based at Chapel Wharf Manchester before moving to our new offices in Altrincham.

About You

Being the first point of contact with the leasing Journey you will be the face of Dandara Living so customer service is a priority. Previous leasing experience not essential. However, energy, enthusiasm and a ‘can do attitude’ is a must, with passion to deliver the standard of service whilst maintaining and exceeding targets/goals.

You are proficient in the use of MS Office software packages, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook and experience in database or booking systems would be helpful.

About the Role

Reporting to the National Head of Leasing. You will therefore have responsibility for setting our leasing service standards and ensuring they are delivered consistently across the business.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Booking viewings
  • Researching competition
  • Dealing with enquires
  • Managing your workload, self-motivation
  • Ensuring customer service and business standards are met
  • Portal marketing updates, lead generation and lead qualification
  • Ensuring accuracy of data entry and database management
  • Highly organised with ability to prioritise effectively
  • Work well with deadlines

The working hours for this role are Tuesday - Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm and Saturday 10am to 3pm.
