Dandara Living is the specialist built-to-rent division of the Dandara Group. We are award-winning developers and operators of apartment buildings designed specifically for the rental market.

Our growing portfolio includes more than 7,400 homes in 10 towns and cities across the UK, and we now require a Housekeeper to join our award-winning team at Forbes Place in Aberdeen.

About you

With at least two years’ relevant experience in a similar role, you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and have plenty of energy and enthusiasm. NVQ Level 2 Housekeeping is a benefit but not essential. You are also familiar with Health & Safety requirements and legislation including COSHH and always lead by example to ensure safe working practices including risk assessments are followed.

A team player with excellent customer relations and communication skills, you are well organised and able to prioritise effectively.

About the role

Providing a first-class service to our residents you will ensure all areas of the development are presented to our brand standards including:

• Cleaning of all common areas and resident amenity spaces such as lounges, TV rooms, gym, cycle stores and other facilities
• Cleaning of our offices and back-of-house staff areas
• End-of-tenancy apartment cleans and reactive cleaning as required
• Ensuring bins and bin areas are kept clean
• Working in-line with risk assessments and safety data sheets.

This role covers the following shift pattern:

• 20 hours over any 4 or 5 days between Monday and Saturday
• You may also be required to provide cover for other shifts as required.

The hourly rate for this role is £9.50 per hour.
