Dandara Living is the specialist built-to-rent division of the Dandara Group. We are award-winning developers and operators of apartment buildings designed specifically for the rental market.
Our growing portfolio includes more than 7,400 homes in 10 towns and cities across the UK, and we now require a night-time Customer Service Ambassador to join our award-winning team in Aberdeen.
With relevant experience in a similar role, you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and plenty of energy and enthusiasm. You are proficient in the use of MS Office software packages, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook and experience in database or booking systems would be helpful.
You are an excellent communicator who is always calm under pressure and can quickly establish rapport to diffuse difficult situations. You have a good working knowledge of H&S legislation and requirements, particularly in relation to COSHH and risk assessments, and always lead by example in ensuring safe working practices.
In this role, you will often be the first point of contact for residents moving into and out of Leodis Square. Key responsibilities include:
You’ll also be responsible for booking and managing our resident amenity spaces and ensuring they are presented to our brand standards, dealing with post and deliveries and most importantly, resident or guest queries.
This role covers a 4-on-4-off shift pattern from 7:00pm to 07:00am with an hours’ break.
